New technologies and techniques for prostate cancer focal therapy: a review of the current literature.
CONCLUSIONS: Reliable evidence for the partial-gland treatment of PCa is increasing, and encouraging mid-term oncologic outcomes with the preservation of sexual and urinary functions have been reported. Accurate patient selection at the outset of treatment and careful follow-up seem key attributes to achieve excellent functional results and encouraging oncological outcomes.

The role of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan in biochemical recurrence after primary treatment for prostate cancer: a systematic review of literature.
CONCLUSIONS: After biochemical recurrence, the primary goal is to locate the recurrent lesions' site. 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT seems to be effective in identifying recurrence localization also for very low levels of PSA (< 0.5 ng/ml) thus permitting to choose the best therapeutic strategy as early as possible. However, data available cannot be considered exhaustive and prospective randomized trials are needed.

Non-conservative management of simple renal cysts in adults: a comprehensive review of literature.
CONCLUSIONS: Different factors affect the treatment decision including natural history of the cyst, presence of symptoms and/or complications and patients' choice. This literature overview shows that ethanol percutaneous sclerotherapy and laparoscopy are the most commonly reported treatment modality for simple renal cysts.
