Clinical implications of prostatic capsular abutment or bulging on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging.
CONCLUSIONS: The PIRADS v2 scoring system has a grey zone concerning ECE as defined by capsule abutment or bulging. We found an increased risk of ECE and specifically focal ECE when capsule bulging or abutment on mpMRI are documented.

3D mixed reality holograms for preoperative surgical planning of nephron-sparing surgery: evaluation of surgeons' perception.

Real-life data on long-term follow-up of patients successfully treated with percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS).
CONCLUSIONS: Despite some limitations, this study shows that the majority of patients who responded to PTNS considered themselves still improved at a seven- year follow-up. Larger studies are needed to confirm our results, but our study has the novel advantage of showing data derived from "real life" over the longest follow- up yet considered in the literature.

Assessment of local tumor ablation and non-interventional management versus partial nephrectomy in T1a renal cell carcinoma.
CONCLUSIONS: In T1a RCC patients, NIM rates showed a modest but significant increase, while LTA and PN rates remained stable. In survival analyses, LTA exhibited higher CSM rates only for elderly patients. Conversely, NIM exhibited higher CSM rates in both younger and older patients.

Anterograde ejaculation preservation after endoscopic treatments in patients with bladder outlet obstruction: systematic review and pooled-analysis of randomized clinical trials.
CONCLUSIONS: Data reporting anterograde ejaculation preservation after endoscopic treatment in patients with BPE are sparse and heterogeneous. Pooled analyses suggest that new technological alternatives to conventional TURP might improve sexual outcomes, especially for non-ablative treatments.

Is there any benefit in adding postoperative adjuvant concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for penile cancer with regional lymph node metastasis?
CONCLUSIONS: Penile cancer with extensive RLNM carries a poor prognosis. Despite having more extensive RLNM, the RT-CHT group had a similar overall survival as the Surveillance Group. This suggests a potential benefit of postoperative adjuvant concurrent RT-CHT for patients with extensive RLNM, although it carries an increased risk of complications. Further study is warranted to assess the benefit-to-risk ratio of this combined adjuvant therapy.

Bone-targeted therapy in castration-resistant prostate cancer: where do we stand?
CONCLUSIONS: Reducing skeletal-related morbidity remains a crucial goal of palliative life-extending therapy in mCRPC. New data about dosing schedules and combinations of different treatments will continue to refine the optimal strategy for incorporating BTAs into the new treatment paradigms for PCa. Novel molecules such as PSMA-targeted small molecules promise theranostic agents in the management of PCa patients.

Total anatomical reconstruction during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy in patients with previous prostate surgery: perioperative, oncologic and medium-term functional outcomes in a single surgeon's series.
CONCLUSIONS: In our experience patients with prostate cancer and a previous surgery for BPH should be managed as naïve patients. RARP is a safe and feasible procedure with no major risks of complications, provided that it is performed by a skilled robotic surgeon.

The visual percutaneous nephrolithotomy versus the conventional percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment for renal stone.
CONCLUSIONS: We found that visual PCNL was a safe and efficacious treatment for renal stones that may be considered as an alternative to conventional PCNL, especially in patients with mild hydronephrosis. Further prospective randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the results of this study .

Partial nephrectomy versus radical nephrectomy for cT2 or greater renal tumors: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
CONCLUSIONS: PN shows a feasible, safe and viable treatment option for larger renal tumors because it provides better preservation of kidney function and non-inferior survival. However, PN in patients with stage T2 or greater renal masses should be more selective, because of higher complications.
