Structure and Performance of Polygonal Electrode Linear Ion Trap
This study investigated the relationship between the electric field distribution and the ion trap structures, and the performances of PeLIT through theoretical simulation and experimental study. Research results of simulation showed that the polygonal electrode linear ion traps with different structures had different electric field distributions and mass analysis performances.
