Microcatheter balloon pinning technique to facilitate wiring of a left circumflex chronic total occlusion
We present a case of a left circumflex artery (LCX) CTO that was successfully revascularized using a microcatheter balloon pinning technique that allowed additional wire support.

Warfarin prescription in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and one non –gender‐related risk factor (CHA2DS2VASc 1 or 2): A treatment dilemma
