Primary extragonadal seminoma arising from the pelvis: A case report
ConclusionThis is a unique case because to the best of our knowledge, only a few cases have been reported in the literature on EGCT (seminoma in present case) presenting as a pelvic mass. Seminoma in true pelvis should be considered as a differential diagnosis when pelvic mass is detected, even in post orchidectomy cases. Pattern and clinical management of penile cancer in Rwanda
