We report two clinical cases in two patients, respectively 39 and 70 years old. The clinical picture is identical in the two patients represented by left low back pain. At abdominal CT, a tumor process that is slightly enhanced after injection of the contrast agent. Treatment consisted of total tumor excision, the pathologic examination of which showed a tubulo-mucinous and fusiform carcinoma of the low-grade Fuhrman malignant kidney. Efficacy of voided urinary cytology and ultrasonography compared to cystoscopy in the detection of urinary bladder cancer
Conclusions Voided urinary cytology can be omitted as a screening test. Investigation of urinary neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL) for early diagnosis of acute kidney injury after percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Factors Determining Perioperative Complications of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy: A Single Center Perspective
Conclusion Perioperative complications of PCNL were significantly affected by surgeon experience, number of PCNL tracts, accessed calyx as well as method of stone extraction. Functional and cosmetic outcome of partial penile disassembly repair in isolated male epispadias patients
Conclusions The technique incorporates all the benefits of Cantwell-Ransley repair, can be done with less extensive dissection than total penile disassembly. Both functional and cosmetic results are good with low complication rate. Renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma: 2 Cases ’ report
Conclusion Renal tumours with certain unusual features should be investigated immunohistochemically to exclude the possibility of epithelioid angiomyolipoma. Knowledge and prevalence of use of saw palmetto and other herbal products among men with prostate disease in Trinidad and Tobago
Conclusion This study demonstrates that the use of herbal products is common among men with prostate disease in Trinidad and Tobago and that saw palmetto is the most common product used. Conclusions ED is highly prevalent in this community. Alcohol consumption, low educational level, ignorance of who and where ED is treated, location of respondent (rural) indifference, presence of co-morbidities and tribal beliefs appear to be associated with low self reporting. Affected men are more likely to patronize complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) practitioners than medical practitioners or may be out rightly indifferent. Rare case of left adrenal cortical carcinoma with level 3 inferior vena cava thrombus via adrenal vein
