Asymptomatic dedifferentiated liposarcoma mimicking renal cell carcinoma —A report of a rare case and review of the literature
We report on an extremely rare case of asymptomatic perinephric de-differentiated sclerosing liposarcoma mimicking a cystic renal cell carcinoma on clinical and radiological presentation. Tamsulosin therapy improved the outcome of ureterorenoscopy for lower ureteral stones: A prospective, randomised, controlled, clinical trial

Impact of Tamsulosin, Tolterodine and drug-combination on the outcomes of lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to post-ureteroscopy ureteral stent: A prospective randomized controlled clinical study
Conclusion Combination of alpha blockers (Tamsulosin) and Anticholinergics (Tolterodine) seems to significantly improve post-URS lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to ureteral stents with lower need for analgesia and better quality of life. Conclusion Le SCCR, bien qu’il soit connu comme étant de mauvais pronostic, peut être guérri. Introduction Renal sarcoma is an exceptional malignant tumor in adults. It is characterized by an aggressive disease course marked by a high rate of recurrence and mortality. Observation We report a case of renal spindle cell sarcoma in a 69 years old patient. A right nephrectomy was performed. There was no additional treatment. It was not noted recurrence with a decline of 8 months. Carcinome épidermoïde Primitif de la Prostate: A propos d’un cas et revue de la littérature
We report a new case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate occurring in a young 48-years-old man and diagnosed at a metastatic stage. Despite of the chemotherapy based on Cisplatine and Méitoxantrone, death occurred two months after the diagnosis. Based on this observation and referring to literature review, we discuss the various clinical, histological, therapeutic and prognostic features of this rare tumour.
