Angiogenesis in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia assessed by VEGF and CD-34 IHC: A comparative clinico-pathological study
Conclusions The present findings may support the assumption that VEGF and CD34 expression level might have an important role in the prediction of prostate cancer as it was significantly differed with BPH. In addition, VEGF expression level showed intense staining in the tissue samples with higher grading of prostate cancer which reveals its importance as prognostic marker. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) versus flexible ureteroscopy (F-URS) for management of renal stone burden less than 2 cm in children: A randomized comparative study

An 80 year old hermaphroditic with Hugh Brenner tumor: A rare case report and review of literature
Conclusion The morphological expression of a true hermaphroditism is an “ovotestis” which can be classified into three different categories and require a tissue biopsy for confirmation. Comparison of safety and efficacy of tamsulosin, tadalafil, combinations and deflazacort in lower ureteric orifice negotiation by large size ureteroscope (8/9.8 Fr) prior to intracorporeal lithotripsy
Conclusion Both tamsulosin and tamsulosin with tadalafil helps in forward propagation of large size ureteroscope as compared to other groups with less operative time without any significant complications. So, we can conclude that tamsulosin alone can be helpful for lower ureteric orifice negotiation during intracorporeal lithotripsy with minimal side effects. (Source: African Journal of Urology)

Asymptomatic dedifferentiated liposarcoma mimicking renal cell carcinoma —A rare case report and review of literature
We report on a extremely rare case of asymptomatic perinephric dedifferentiated sclerosing liposarcoma which appeared to mimic cystic renal cell carcinoma on clinical and radiological presentation. Nomogram for predicting the probability of the positive outcome of prostate biopsies among Ghanaian men
