During the June Breezing Along with the RML session participants came up with three recommendations for the NN/LM. Thanks to those who stayed to provide your input! These recommendations have been sent to NLM.
Improve quality health information access to the unaffiliated –public health workforce, the public—especially in rural areas.
Work with accrediting bodies to define access to health information and define the librarian as the expert that can most efficiently provide access to health information.
The librarian is available to health care providers at the point of care.
