Developing a Multidisciplinary Vascular Anomalies Clinic and Reviewing the Radiologist ’s Clinic Role
Cutaneous vascular anomalies can be challenging to diagnose and treat given their rare presentation and that they do not always fall under the purview of a specific medical specialty. Patients with cutaneous vascular anomalies are best managed in vascular anomalies clinics, but to our knowledge, no reported publications exist on how to develop such a clinic. In this article, we describe the specifics steps our institution took to create a vascular anomalies clinic and discuss how it benefitted our patients and referring providers. Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor of the Jejunum With Active Bleeding Demonstrated on Dual-Energy MDCT Angiography: A Case Report
We report a case of a 38-year-old man who presented with acute-onset melena and compensated shock, whose source of bleed remained elusive on endoscopy. (Source: Current Problems in Diagnostic Radiology)

International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies Classification of Soft Tissue Vascular Anomalies: Survey-Based Assessment of Musculoskeletal Radiologists ’ Use in Clinical Practice
There is controversy regarding the diagnosis and classification of vascular anomalies (VA). As torso and extremities are the second most common body part for presentation of VAs, musculoskeletal (MSK) radiologists play a central role in VA classification. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the awareness and clinical use of the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) classification by MSK radiologists. Validation of Prostate Imaging-Reporting and Data System Version 2: A Retrospective Analysis
Use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)/transrectal ultrasound fusion biopsies to determine the accuracy of multiparametric MRI (mpMRI), using Prostate Imaging-Reporting and Data System version 2 (PI-RADSv2), for detecting clinically significant prostate cancer in the overall gland and specifically the peripheral zone (PZ) and transitional zone (TZ). Beginner ’s Guide to Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act’s Quality Payment Program
As radiology residents and fellows graduate and embark in their first positions as independently practicing radiologists, they will face issues related to medical billing, which may be new for many. In the coming years in particular, billing in medicine will be experiencing incredible changes related to the quality payment program (QPP) enacted under the Medicare Access and CHIP (Children ’s Health Insurance Program) Reauthorization Act (MACRA) of 2015. Although the QPP applies only to Medicare beneficiaries, the effects of the QPP will likely be felt across all payers. (Source: Current Problems in Diagnostic Radiology)

The Clinical and Medicolegal Implications of Radiology Results Communication
Multiple guidelines and legal precedents have established the radiologist ’s duty to inform clinicians directly of critical findings, or findings that will greatly impact patient health in a timely manner [1]. While the number one cause for radiology malpractice cases is misdiagnosis, the literature shows a growing portion of lawsuits surrounding breakdowns in communica tion between radiologists and ordering providers [2,3]. As such, a review of guidelines related to the communication of imaging results is warranted. (Source: Current Problems in Diagnostic Radiology)
