Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor of the Jejunum With Active Bleeding Demonstrated on Dual-Energy MDCT Angiography: A Case Report

We report a case of a 38-year-old man who presented with acute-onset melena and compensated shock, whose source of bleed remained elusive on endoscopy.
