Conclusion: Patient requiring double and triple valve surgeries represent a heterogeneous and complex group of patients. Conclusion: Diabetic patients with retinopathy who are free of cardiac symptoms showed significant impairment of diastolic function compared to diabetics without retinopathy and control group. TDI provides earlier insights into cardiovascular involvement in diabetic patients and seems to be more sensitive and informative to standard echocardiography alone to detect subclinical myocardial disease. Conclusion: Hong Kong physiciansâ™ knowledge level of stroke prevention management was on average lower than Australian family physiciansâ™, and Hong Kong patientsâ™ knowledge of AF and warfarin therapy was in general poor, and poorer than that of UK and Finland patients, and US patients respectively.
