Value of hysteroscopy in management of unexplained infertility
Conclusion As a cause of unexplained infertility, subtle uterine abnormalities are diagnosed only during hysteroscopy and they are relatively common in infertility women. Although the presence of these abnormalities is not detected by the basic investigations for infertility, their correction seems to be necessary when infertility is desired and other infertility causes are excluded. The effects of Vigna unguiculata on cardiac oxidative stress and aorta estrogen receptor-β expression of ovariectomized rats
Conclusions V. unguiculata is an alternative therapy in decreasing cardiac oxidative stress in ovariectomized rats. Besides, high dose of V. unguiculata also able to increase aorta estrogen receptor-β expression in ovariectomized rats. (Source: Asian Pacific Journal of Reproduction)

A study of male reproductive form and function in a rat model
Conclusions This experimental setup was successful in elucidating the physiological mechanisms involved in male reproductive function. Body weight, the weights of the testes and accessory sex organs and androgen levels were intrinsically related to basal androgen levels. (Source: Asian Pacific Journal of Reproduction)

Correlation between aneuploidy and blastocyst quality
Conclusion Blastocyst morphology showed a significant link to aneuploidy (P<0.05). However, grading morphology alone can not replace preimplantation aneuploidy screening. Morphology screening or other markers for embryo competence, combined with preimplantation genetic screening for 24 chromosomes may produce the best results. Effect of heat stress on pregnancy rates of crossbred dairy cattle in Terai region of Uttarakhand, India
Conclusions These results indicate that reduction in pregnancy rates of crossbred dairy cattle due to heat stress in the Terai region was evident only when both growth of the ovulatory follicle and fertilization and early embryonic development occurred in the heat stress period. In addition, the study showed that use of temperature humidity indices rather than the traditional seasonal classification could provide more accurate insights into the effects of heat stress on pregnancy rates of crossbred dairy cattle in the Terai region.
