Mid-Term Results of Using the Seal Thoracic Stent Graft in Cases of Aortopathy: A Single-Institution Experience.
Conclusion: The use of the Seal thoracic stent graft yielded good mid-term results. Further studies are needed to examine the long-term outcomes of this device.

Prognostic Significance of Cigarette Smoking in Association with Histologic Subtypes of Resected Lung Adenocarcinoma.
Conclusion: Smoking was found to be closely associated with SOL/MIP-predominance in lung adenocarcinoma. Greater smoking quantity was related to the presence of a SOL/MIP component.

Lymph Node Status after Neoadjuvant Chemoradiation Therapy for Esophageal Cancer according to Radiation Field Coverage.
Conclusion: Radiation therapy for nCRT could downstage clinically suspected nodal metastasis. However, such therapy was ineffective when used to treat nodes that were not suspicious for metastasis. Because significant numbers of residual metastases were identified irrespective of coverage by the radiation field, lymphadenectomy should be performed to ensure complete removal of residual nodal metastases after nCRT.

Primary Chest Wall Sarcoma: Surgical Outcomes and Prognostic Factors.

Bentall Operation in a Patient with a Unicommissural Unicuspid Aortic Valve.
We present a rare case of severe aortic stenosis with a unicommissural unicuspid aortic valve diagnosed by preoperative transesophageal echocardiography in a 36-year-old man. After composite graft replacement of the aortic valve, aortic root, and ascending aorta, a permanent pacemaker was placed because of postoperative complete heart block.

Emergency Pulmonary Artery-to-Systemic Artery Shunt to Break the Positive Feedback Loop of a Pulmonary Hypertensive Crisis after Neonatal Coarctation Repair.

Abstract
A 2.5-kg neonate with coarctation of the aorta and a small left ventricle experienced a severe pulmonary hypertensive crisis. An emergency pulmonary artery-to-systemic artery shunt was placed to break the positive feedback loop caused by pulmonary hypertension and functional mitral stenosis. This shunt provided immediate relief of suprasystemic pulmonary hypertension and the resultant low cardiac output.

Noninfectious aortitis, inflammatory abdominal periaortitis, and idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis are chronic inflammatory diseases with unclear causes. The Abdominal Approach for Epiphrenic Esophageal Diverticulum as an Alternative to the Thoracic Approach.

Clinical Practice Guideline for Cardiac Rehabilitation in Korea.
Conclusion: Individualized CR programs should be considered together with various factors, including differences in heart function and lifestyle, and doing so will boost participation and adherence with the CR program, ultimately meeting the final goals of the program, namely reducing the recurrence of myocardial infarction and mortality rates.
