Characterization of Venous Involvement in Vasculo-Beh çet Disease.
Conclusions: When DVT was diagnosed in patients with Behçet disease, there was no cure for the lesions. Ultrasonographic abnormalities were observed in all patients, and post-thrombotic syndrome remained to varying degrees. In cases of isolated varicose veins in patients with Behçet disease, DVT did not occur after surgical treatment. If the activity of Behçet disease is controlled, surgical correction of varicose veins is preferable. A Bronchial Lipoma: Occurrence at an Unusual Site and Its Successful Bronchoscopic Resection with an Electrosurgical Snare.

Cor Triatriatum Associated with Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection: A Rare but Plausible Combination.
Authors: Lee JO, Park CS Abstract In a newborn in whom cor triatriatum was missed on echocardiography, infracardiac total anomalous pulmonary venous connection was successfully repaired with the aid of cardiac computed tomography (CT). In rare combinations, as in this case, an accurate diagnosis prior to surgery, which is of vital importance for successful repair, can be made through a high index of suspicion and the use of a supplemental imaging modality such as CT. Quadriplegia after Mitral Valve Replacement in an Infective Endocarditis Patient with Cervical Spine Spondylitis.

Optimal Tricuspid Annular Size for Tricuspid Annuloplasty in Patients with Less-Than-Moderate Functional Tricuspid Regurgitation.
Conclusion: The progression of TR was not infrequent in patients with untreated lessthan- moderate FTR. An aggressive treatment approach can be helpful to prevent the progression of FTR for patients with risk factors, especially TVAI greater than 19.8 mm/m2. The Effect of Supplemental Cardioplegia Infusion before Anastomosis in Patients Undergoing Heart Transplantation with Long Ischemic Times.

Percutaneous Cryoablation of Multiple Pulmonary Endometriosis.
We report the case of a 23-year-old woman who had suffered from multiple pulmonary endometriosis with frequent intermittent hemoptysis during menstruation for 6 years prior to her visit. She was treated with cryoablation at our hospital, and since her treatment, she has been doing well with no hemoptysis for at least 6 months. Although endometriosis is a benign lung disease, cryoablation is an ideal and effective treatment option for patients with multiple endometriosis. Avoiding Venous Anastomotic Dehiscence of an Arteriovenous Graft in a Super-Obese Patient.
We describe placing an arteriovenous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft between the brachial artery and axillary vein to avoid these complications. A 39-year-old super-obese woman with end-stage renal disease had undergone several hemodialysis access procedures on both arms.
