Hemostatic Wound Dressing for Postinterventional Hemostasis in Large Femoral Artery Access Sites: An Initial Efficacy and Safety Study
Conclusion: The evaluated wound dressing seems to be safe and effective in reducing time to hemostasis in large arterial access sites. However, a randomized trial with a larger population and an active control group is necessary to confirm these preliminary data. Endovascular Aneurysm Sealing: Early and Midterm Results From the EVAS FORWARD Global Registry
Conclusion: The EVAS FORWARD Global Registry documents the 12-month outcome of EVAS in an unselected group of patients with challenging aortic morphology. The results at present appear acceptable with regard to perioperative outcomes and complications. The type II endoleak rate is low.
