Pituitary Metastasis of Breast Cancer: A Case Report
We report a case of a 63-year-old woman with a history of bilateral breast cancer with surgery 15 years ago on the left side and 8 years ago on the right side. A pituitary macroadenoma was first suspected because of a visual disturbance for months before a magnetic resonance imaging examination. The patient underwent resection of the pituitary tumor by endoscopic transnasal trans-sphenoidal surgery. The final histopathological and immunohistochemistry analysis confirmed a pituitary metastasis of breast mucinous carcinoma. Comparison of Electrohydraulic and Electromagnetic Shock Wave Lithotripsy for Upper Urinary Tract Stones in Elderly Patients

Application of Nutritional Risk Score-2002 Questionnaire and Other Nutritional Status Parameters Among Hospitalized Elderly
Conclusions Percentage of patients at nutritional risk determined with NRS was 18.8%. This result was significantly lower than in other studies. With accordance to results of other researchers, values of the NRS increased with age. Results regarding the relationship between the NRS values and albumin concentration, AC and CC (negative correlations) and albumin concentration with CC and AC (positive correlations) were consistent with the results of other researchers.
