Risk factors of work-related upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders in male cameramen
Conclusion The most serious musculoskeletal disorders of male cameramen were shoulder pain. Ergonomic factors and physical burden were the most significant factors affecting WRMSDs in cameramen in this study. Cameramen should be educated to be able to improve the ergonomic occupational environment and to set up preventive measures against the risk factors during work. The effect of organisational system on self-rated depression in a panel of male municipal firefighters
Conclusions Although the healthy worker effect may be involved, job stress based on perceptions of organisational system was a strong risk factor for depression. Work-relatedness of lung cancer by smoking and histologic type in Korea
Conclusions Approximately, 9.5% of all lung cancer cases in Korea are occupational-related lung cancer. Acute liver injury in two workers exposed to chloroform in cleanrooms: a case report
We report 2 cases of hepatotoxicity in cleanroom workers due to high retained chloroform air concentrations. The women, aged 34 and 41 years, who had been working in a medical endoscopic device manufacturer as cleanroom workers for approximately 40–45 days suffered severe liver damage. Two measured time-weighted averages of the chloroform concentration in the air in the cleanroom were 82.74 and 64.24 ppm, which are more than 6 times the legal occupational exposure limit in Korea.
