Effects of Abdominoplasty on Intra-Abdominal Pressure and Pulmonary Function
Conclusions
Based on the results obtained, it is possible to conclude that plicature of the rectus abdominis generates significant physiological changes, such as an increase in IAP and a decrease of P-Comp, which do not have a clinically relevant impact on healthy individuals. Measuring IAP with the modified technique and the assessment of pulmonary function using P-Comp are both reliable and provide a more accurate correlation with such physiologic changes.

Low Risk of Skin and Nipple Sensitivity and Lactation Issues After Primary Breast Augmentation with Form-Stable Silicone Implants: Follow-Up in 4927 Subjects
Conclusions
We found that the risk of nipple or skin sensation changes and lactation issues is low and provide long-term safety and effectiveness data on subjects receiving implants for primary breast augmentation.

Despite the overall low level of evidence in the literature regarding secondary breast augmentation, a thorough understanding of the corrective techniques presented will allow surgeons to make the most informed judgments. Weighing the strengths and weakness of these surgical techniques in the context of each patient will allow surgeons to develop the most appropriate treatment strategy.

Simplified Muscle-Suspension Lower Blepharoplasty by Orbicularis Hitch
Conclusions
Lower blepharoplasty by orbicularis hitch provides the benefits of muscle suspension by way of a simple, single-suture elevation of descended muscle, without the need for significant myotomy or lateral canthal manipulation. Despite its limited surgical invasiveness, it has proven both safe and effective in reversing muscle descent with skin redundancy, while maintaining lid support and lateral canthal integrity.

Micro-Shuttle Lifting of the Neck: A Percutaneous Loop Suspension Method Using a Novel Double-Ended Needle
Conclusions
The sustainability of this percutaneous procedure does not rely on the suspensions, but rather on the skin redraping in the new position in a similar manner to orthopedic fracture treatment. In selected patients, this safe and simple percutaneous necklifting method can be quickly and easily performed under local anesthesia with long-term durability, low morbidity, and a high patient satisfaction rate.
