Conclusion and Recommendations In the last two decades, considerable evidence has been found related to stress among nurses. If nurses are not handled in a proactive manner it may result in serious stress reactions, leading further to job dissatisfaction, burnout and poor QOL. It is, therefore, important to create a platform to share concern of workers and to incorporate complementary therapies in work place which would help them to relieve of the negatives. Health Expenditure and Impoverishment in India
This article examines impoverishment effect of the out-of-pocket (OOP) payment for health care on households in India where only 10 per cent of the population is covered by insurance. At the national level, 10.1 per cent of rural households as against 6.2 per cent of urban households have either become poor or poorer as a consequence of OOP for health care. Personal and Team Morale in Health Services: Distinct and Measurable Concepts
This article has two aims: to assess whether personal and team morale are distinctive concepts and to develop valid single-item measures of both on the assumption that they are ordinary language, singular concepts.
