Job Satisfaction, Burnout and Quality of Life of Nurses from Mangalore

Conclusion and Recommendations In the last two decades, considerable evidence has been found related to stress among nurses. If nurses are not handled in a proactive manner it may result in serious stress reactions, leading further to job dissatisfaction, burnout and poor QOL. It is, therefore, important to create a platform to share concern of workers and to incorporate complementary therapies in work place which would help them to relieve of the negatives.
