Anatomical and Radiologic Evaluation of the Dimensions of Upper Molar Alveoli
Conclusions: In most cases, the alveolar sites of the upper first and second molars do not present ideal conditions for immediate implant insertion in a correct position. The primary stabilization of a standard-sized dental implant is often difficult because of the minimum apical bone available. In particular, the interradicular septum, which often represents the ideal fixture position, is rarely adequately represented. Preoperative cone-beam scan and the knowledge of anatomical measurements from the present analysis are fundamental before planning immediate postextractive implants in the upper molar area. Fatigue Failure of External Hexagon Connections on Cemented Implant-Supported Crowns
Conclusion: Because the reliability was significantly different between the 3 groups, our postulated null hypothesis was rejected. (Source: Implant Dentistry)

New Bone Formation Process Using Bio-Oss and Collagen Membrane for Rat Calvarial Bone Defect: Histological Observation
Conclusion: Our results suggested that the Bio-Oss acts as a scaffold for bone repair, and the use of a collagen membrane may anchor the Bio-Oss closely to the cranial bone and assist the bone repair response. (Source: Implant Dentistry)

Novel Technique for Reconstruction of the Severely Resorbed Posterior Maxillae: Tuberosity-Flip Approach
Conclusion: The proposed technique enables the clinician to reconstruct alveolar defects of the posterior maxilla without the need for an additional donor site and simultaneously place dental implants. (Source: Implant Dentistry)

Contemporary Digital Restorative and Minimal-Invasive Preservative Surgical Techniques in the Esthetic Zone: A Case Report
In this report, a patient with a fractured and hopeless central incisor and an apical radiolucency at his compromised (root-canal treated, post and core build-up) contralateral counterpart was treated using guided implant installation, immediate placement of a prefabricated screw-retained provisional, and apicoectomy. Dehiscence of the buccal plate after tooth extraction resulting in the need for hard- and soft-tissue grafting and delayed surgery did not affect the clinical outcome. (Source: Implant Dentistry)

Critical Size Defects for Bone Regeneration Experiments in the Dog Mandible: A Systematic Review
Conclusion: There is a lack of homogeneity in reporting data on CSDs in the dog mandible. Future animal studies should include a negative control group for an objective comparison and evaluation of any new biomedical materials. More awareness is needed for the Animal Research Reporting In Vivo Experiment (ARRIVE) guidelines to improve data reporting, which can facilitate comparison and reproducibility of future studies. Clinical Efficacy of Tooth-Bone Graft: A Systematic Review and Risk of Bias Analysis of Randomized Control Trials and Observational Studies
Conclusion: Tooth-bone graft demonstrated no added benefits over conventional graft materials. Absence of standardized processing and heterogeneous study results limit its use in clinical practice. Until long-term studies determine its success, clinicians are recommended to use it with caution because of high variability in resorption time (2–24 weeks) and a risk of graft dehiscence (12.96%–34.38%).
