Conclusions L’analyse des 25 monographies réalisée dans ce travail de recherche exploratoire nous a permis de construire et proposer un modèle « universel » pour la télémédecine en France. Ce modèle inclut les facteurs sécurité des « données médicales » et la confiance en une solution télémédecine. L’étude de ces monographies, soutenue par les résultats de recherche sur la question du risque, nous a permis d’identifier trois types de risque (technique, organisationnel et financier). A serious game developed for physical rehabilitation of frail elderly
Conclusions The exercise program with the SG resulted in significant improvements in terms of balance, mobility and strength of large muscle groups of older people with FS. This SG has a potential for home or institutional use, since it is relatively safe, allows the training of important functions in older people and could help the stimulation and the monitoring of patients in treatment by the health team. Telemedicine in France: A review of registered clinical trials from 2000 to 2015
The objectives of the studies were primarily treatment based with all having efficacy and/or safety endpoints. Sixteen trials were in the recruiting phase, 12 were completed and four were terminated before the date of completion. The main telemedicine activities in the studies involved telemonitoring (n =28), teleconsultation (n =7) and tele-expertise (n =3). Embedding telemedicine quality assurance within a large organisation
Conclusions Comparison with other healthcare organisations showed that consolidation of the QA activities into a comprehensive QA programme would be required in order to achieve institutionalization of the work, and to realise its full potential.
