Concerns That Screen Time May Affect Children ’s Communication Development: Audiologists and speech-language pathologists express concerns about technology’s influence on children’s social and speech-language development.
Ninety-seven percent of recently surveyed audiologists and SLPs noted concern about the effect of screen time and use of popular technology (excluding AAC devices) on children ’s communication development.
