Evaluation of maxillary sinus membrane repair using two different sutureless techniques
Conclusion This study demonstrated that the use of chitosan membrane to close large sinus membrane perforations during sinus lift might offer a reliable technique. Effect of different irrigating protocols on push out bond strength of Resilon/Epiphany obturation system
