The objective of this study was to obtain updated data on West Syndrome literature and report a clinical case of a patient with the medical diagnosis of this syndrome, with gastrostomy feed tube, and clinical pattern of spastic quadriplegia. Initial clinical examination showed prolonged retention of deciduous teeth, periodontal disease, poor oral hygiene, mouth breathing, deep palate, anterior open bite, tongue interposition between the dental arches, and low caries experience. Image-based study of marginal bone loss in teeth restored with cast endodontic posts

Conclusion: There was no association between anxiety and socioeconomic variables. In the variables related to dental experiences, a significant association was found between the experience of the dental appointment and the anxiety of the child using the VPT scale. Dental self-perception and clinical dental description of participants in the Open University programme for elderly people
Conclusion: The self-perception of oral conditions is regular and the clinical and odontological characteristics evaluated revealed partial edentulous subjects with high DMFT. Glycogenic acanthosis on mouth clinically present as white plaque
We report a white lesion showing glycogenic acanthosis-like features located on the left posterolateral border of the tongue, affecting a 56-year-old male patient. The medical history was non-contributory and the patient did not show any lesions during endoscopic examination of the oesophagus, stomach, and upper duodenum. Glycogenic acanthosis is a benign condition, which should be included in the differential diagnosis when assessing oral white lesions.
