ConclusionMultiwavelength laser treatment for VL is highly effective and safe in Asians, although a much lower fluence of Nd:YAG is used, as compared to that used in Caucasians in the literature. A method to assess the protective efficacy of sunscreens against visible light ‐induced pigmentation
ConclusionThe method is simple, based on a clinical endpoint of VL‐induced skin pigmentation, and can be performed within a 5 day period.
