NIH launches 3D Print Exchange
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) recently launched the NIH 3D Print Exchange, a public website that enables users to share, download, and edit 3D print files related to health and science. These files can be used, for example, to print custom laboratory equipment and models of bacteria and human anatomy. Funding Opportunity for Librarians to attend APHA

More than $300 Million has been made available to help the nation’s community health centers expand service hours, hire more medical providers, and add oral health, behavioral health, pharmacy, and vision services. Hurricane Season 2014
The 2014 Atlantic Hurricane Season has arrived and forecasters from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) predict a near or below normal season. Measles Cases Reach 20-year High
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the first five months of 2014 (January 1 – May 23) saw 288 cases of measles in 18 states and a total of 15 outbreaks — the highest number of cases in twenty years.
