Post extraction lingual mucosal ulceration with bone necrosis
This report describes a case of 49 year old male patient presented with lingual mucosa ulceration with cortical bone necrosis, above mylohyoid ridge in the right side of mandible. The patient had extraction a few days before development of the ulcer. The patient’s medical history was clear and not on any drugs. Clinically, he was presented with moderate pain and discomfort. Intraoral examination revealed a discrete ulcer of about 1cm in diameter and exposure of the underlying bone, which was necrotic. Extra-oral examination showed no abnormalities. Linear Measurements of finish line length associated with Various Preparation Designs using CAD/CAM technology
Conclusion The complete-coverage preparations evaluated in this study exhibited significantly shorter finish lines compared to the partial-coverage preparations. Clinical significant The risk of recurrent caries has been directly related to the marginal integrity of any restoration. However, the relationship between the length of the finish line and recurrent decay may also be significant. Infant oral health care knowledge and awareness among parents in Abha city of Aseer Region, Saudi Arabia

Effects of different bleaching agent concentrations on surface roughness and microhardness of esthetic restorative materials
Conclusion The effect of bleaching depends on the concentration of CP. The higher surface roughness was produced by 35% CP.
