Effects of fasted vs fed ‐state exercise on performance and post‐exercise metabolism: A systematic review and meta‐analysis
The effects of nutrition on exercise metabolism and performance remain an important topic among sports scientists, clinical, and athletic populations. Validity of activity trackers, smartphones, and phone applications to measure steps in various walking conditions
ConclusionThe iPhone SE the Garmin Vivofit 2 are accurate tools for step counting in different age groups and during various walking conditions, even during slow walking.
