Comparable Reproductive Outcomes of ICSI for Couples with Unexplained Infertility and Couples with Male Factor Infertility
Conclusions This study demonstrates that the use of ICSI for unexplained infertility achieved similar reproductive outcomes as male infertility cases, which are usually referred to ICSI. A negative correlation of thyroid stimulating hormone with anti_mullerian hormone and with luteinizing hormone in polycystic ovary syndrome and/or hypothyroid women
Conclusion (1) Hypothyroidism accompanied by a low Anti_mullerian hormone. (2) Anti_mullerian hormone does not present an accurate picture of the ovaries in Polly Cystic Ovary Syndrome if there were thyroid abnormalities. Use of Letrozole versus clomiphene-estradiol for treating infertile women with unexplained infertility not responding well to clomiphene alone, comparative study
Conclusion(s) Letrozole has good effect on endometrial thickness more than Clomid or Clomid plus estradiol when used in women with unexplained infertility with statistically significant difference, but there was no significant difference regarding pregnancy and abortion rate with slight increase toward Letrozole. Prognostic factors associated with bilateral, microsurgical vasovasostomy success
Conclusions In this study, the reverse relationship between certain factors such as age, time after the vasectomy, smoking, post discharge complications, and a history of inguinal surgery, and the success rate of microscopic surgical vasovasostomies has been proven. Comparison of cabergoline versus calcium infusion in ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome prevention: A randomized clinical trial

Serum visfatin as predictive marker of cardiometabolic risk in women with polycystic ovary syndrome
Conclusion Serum visfatin levels could discriminate PCOS from healthy control and T2DM from NGT PCOS women. Moreover, vesfatin was positive correlated to cardio-metabolic risk factors. Interestingly, the sensitivity and specificity power of vesfatin were high. Aspiration of endometrial cavity fluid at the time of egg collection
Conclusions Aspiration of ECF at the time of egg collection is another new option for women with ECF. It obviated the need to freeze all or aspirate of ECF at the time of ET.
