Risk Factors of Recurrent Wheezing in Children Under 5 Years of Age.
Conclusion: Lower respiratory tract infection, upper respiratory tract infection, passive smoking and day care center attendance were found to be risk factors of recurrent wheezing in children under five years of age, with lower respiratory tract infection being the most risk. Targeted surveillance of these risk factors should reduce the incidence of recurrent wheezing. This is especially important for high risk patients such as asthma patients. Endoscope-Assisted Stapedotomy with Microdrill: Comparison with a Conventional Technique.

Physical Fitness and Muscular Discomfort among Informal Garment Female Workers in Udon Thani Province, Thailand.
Conclusion: The significant findings among informal garment workers were muscular discomfort predominantly located on the low back and the factor of low back strength correlated with that muscular discomfort. The suggestion is there should be a supporting surveillance program for prevention of chronic low back pain by a prospective cohort study as well as maintaining the physical fitness by an exercise program for these informal garment workers. Need for Internal Medicine Subspecialists in Thailand.
Conclusion: The demand-based forecast for the number of subspecialist needed was made possible with assumptions on conceptual framework for case selection, the rates of consultation and time-spent related to activities of patient care. Combinational Treatment Effect of Tetrahydrocurcumin and Celecoxib on Cervical Cancer Cell-Induced Tumor Growth and Tumor Angiogenesis in Nude Mice.
Conclusion: The combinational treatment effect of THC and celecoxib causing inhibition of tumor growth and tumor angiogenesis via down-regulation of VEGF, COX-2 and EGFR expression. A Comparative Study of the Spontaneous Labor Rate in Scheduled Elective Cesarean Section at 38 Weeks versus 39 Weeks of Gestation in Parturient with Previous Cesarean Section.
Conclusion: The emergency CS rate in 39 weeks gestation group was significantly higher than 38 weeks group. The incidence of adverse maternal intra-operative complications was statistically difference with emergency CS when compared to elective CS in case and control groups. Recommendation of elective repeated CS at GA39 weeks may be suitable only under some circumstances. The number of prior CS is one of factors that should be considered.
