Patients ’ help‐seeking experiences and delaying in breast cancer diagnosis: A qualitative study
ConclusionThe barriers to help‐seeking that were found in this study (namely, the emotional reaction and difficult living conditions) are common worldwide. The Japanese patients with breast cancer in the sample tended to emphasize their relationship with family and friends in their help‐seeking behavior, which is a common content in Japanese and other Asian cultures. Development and testing of the Attitude Scale for the Dietary Therapy of Hemodialysis Patients
ConclusionWith the reliability and validity confirmed, it was established that the Attitude Scale for the Dietary Therapy of Hemodialysis Patients described herein is capable of determining the attitude of hemodialysis patients towards their dietary therapy. This scale makes it possible to quantitatively evaluate hemodialysis patients’ attitudes toward dietary therapy.
