A systematic review of Bayesian spatial –temporal models on cancer incidence and mortality
ConclusionsFew studies (4) modelled patient-level clinical characteristics (11%), and the applications of an FB approach in the forecasting of spatial –temporally aligned cancer data were limited. This review highlighted the need for Bayesian spatial-temporal models to incorporate patient-level prognostic characteristics through the multi-level framework and forecast future cancer incidence and outcomes for cancer prevention and control strategi es. State- and county-level income inequality and infant mortality in the USA in 2010: a cohort study
ConclusionsLocal variations in access to care, the rate of sexually transmitted disease, and crime are associated with infant mortality, while variations in college education  in addition to these mediators explain neonatal mortality. To reduce infant and neonatal mortality, experiments are needed to examine the effectiveness of policies targeted at reducing income inequality and improving healthcare access, policing, and educational opportunities. Digital exercise interventions for improving measures of central obesity: a systematic review
ConclusionsThis systematic review shows that there is no evidence for the effects of digital exercise on VAT, although digital exercise may decrease WC. These findings highlight the need for additional randomized controlled trials to confirm the findings with respect to WC, and to further investigate the effects of digital exercise on VAT. Together, this may have important implications for reducing the burden of physical inactivity and obesity. (Source: International Journal of Public Health)
