Systemic bone marker expression induced by grey and white mineral trioxide aggregate in normal and diabetic conditions
ConclusionBoth MTA materials were associated with an increase in serum calcium, phosphorus and ALP, suggesting a potential systemic effect, along with triggered differentiation of OCN‐ and OPN‐positive cells. iRoot FM exerts an antibacterial effect on Porphyromonas endodontalis and improves the properties of stem cells from the apical papilla
ConclusionsiRoot FM exhibited excellent antibacterial activity against P. endodontalis and could improve the proliferation and differentiation of SCAP. The findings provide valuable evidence that iRoot FM is a promising intracanal medicament for endodontic procedures in immature permanent teeth.This article is protected by copyright. Ion ‐modified nanoparticles induce different apatite formation in cervical dentine
ConclusionsCrystalline and amorphous phases of newly formed hydroxyapatite were described in both types of dentine treated with Zn‐NPs as well as Ca‐NPs gels with multiple shapes of crystallites.
