Parathyromatosis- Rare cause of recurrent hyperparathyroidism
We present a case of 44 year old woman who presented with persistent hypercalcemia and underwent multiple neck surgeries over a period of six years when she was finally diagnosed as parathyromatosis. This study concluded that the family members living with substance use disorders tended to have a poor quality of life. Caregiver quality of life needs special attention, so that burden of mental health problems can be reduced.
