Parathyromatosis- Rare cause of recurrent hyperparathyroidism
We present a case of 44 year old woman who presented with persistent hypercalcemia and underwent multiple neck surgeries over a period of six years when she was finally diagnosed as parathyromatosis. There was also an incidental occurrence of papillary carcinoma of thyroid which is only rarely reported in literature.
