Immune sensitization during 1  year in the Antarctic high‐altitude Concordia Environment
ConclusionsThis study revealed unique insights into the extent, dynamics, and genetics of immune dysfunctions in humans exposed for 1  year to the Antarctic environment at theConcordia station. The scale of immune function was imbalanced toward a sensitizing of inflammatory pathways. (Source: Allergy)

The protective effect of cheese consumption at 18  months on allergic diseases in the first 6 years
ConclusionAlthough reverse causality cannot totally be ruled out, cheese diversity at 18  months had a protective effect against AD and FA at 6 years in addition to the protective effect of diversity of other foods. (Source: Allergy)

The hippo pathway effector Yes ‐associated protein promotes epithelial proliferation and remodeling in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps
ConclusionsHippo pathway components are abnormally upregulated in NPECs, and its effector YAP promotes nasal epithelial cells proliferation and remodeling in CRSwNP. It provides a rationale to explore inhibition of YAP as a novel therapeutic strategy for reducing the epithelial proliferation and remodeling in CRSwNP. (Source: Allergy)

Disentangling the heterogeneity of allergic respiratory diseases by latent class analysis reveals novel phenotypes
ConclusionsNovel severe phenotypes of participants with co ‐occurrence of ocular, nasal and bronchial symptoms, and exacerbation‐prone were identified. The tree algorithm showed the importance of the ocular symptoms in the expression of allergic diseases phenotypes. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. (Source: Allergy)

Prostaglandin E2 decrease in induced sputum of hypersensitive asthmatics during oral challenge with aspirin
ConclusionsAspirin ‐precipitated bronchoconstriction is associated with a decrease in airway PGE2 biosynthesis. These results support the mechanism of PGE2 biosynthesis inhibition as a trigger for bronchoconstriction in NERD.This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. (Source: Allergy)
