This report is one of the first county-level, multi-jurisdictional analyses to examine SDH and linkage to HIV medical care, retention in HIV medical care, and HIV viral suppression. The report presents data on numbers and percentages of diagnoses of HIV infection through 2014 among persons aged 18 years and older by five social determinants of health (SDH) indicators and selected characteristics that include sex, age, race/ethnicity, and transmission category, 32 states and the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
