Frequent Heartburn May Lead to Throat Cancer
According to a study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention (from American Association for Cancer Research), frequent heartburn was associated with cancers of the throat and vocal cords among nonsmokers and nondrinkers.
