Conclusions: Feeding difficulties were very frequent. Nutritional status was not im pacted by it, and infancy eating habits were not associated with it. Responsive mothers ’ profile is a protective factor against eating difficulties and reinforces the importance of behavioral factors and mother-child interaction. Association between fraction of exhaled nitric oxide and spirometry data and clinical control of asthma in children and adolescents
Conclusions: The correlation observed between GINA and FEV1 reinforces the importance of s pirometry in the clinical follow-up of these patients. Although no association was found between the value of FeNO and the degree of asthma control and FEV1, FeNO may be an early method to detect airway inflammation, even before the symptoms and spirometric changes. Discutem se os fatores de risco clinicamente relevantes para prescrição de altas doses do anticoagulante em crianças. Descrição do caso: Em novembro de 2015, uma criança de 5 kg (36 semanas, pr é termo) foi admitida no pronto atendimento por status epilepticus e febre.
