This article's main purpose is to establish whether the complexity of the wellness services directly influences some aspects regarding the managements of the wellness tourism organizations that provide them. The managers have to take into account and to pay attention to all the aspects regarding services culture if they want to be able to provide high quality wellness products and services. Is the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) a predictor for the Cultural Intelligence (CQ)?
This study identifies and measures the intensity between OCB (including its components) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ), links.
