School ‐Based Sleep Education Programs for Short Sleep Duration in Adolescents: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
CONCLUSIONSLimited by the small number of studies and methodological limitations, the preliminary data showed that school‐based sleep education programs produced short‐term benefits.
