Primary cutaneous leiomyosarcoma of the flank: Case report and review
We present a case of a 50-year-old man, with a rare location in the flank. Clinical presentation showed an ulcerative lesion. Imaging features were evocative of malignancy. Surgical excision was performed, involving oblique muscles. The diagnosis of low-grade leiomyosarcoma with free margins was made. No adjuvant therapy was indicated. Clinical and radiological follow-up of the patient during two years did not reveal recurrences. Scleredema diabeticorum – A case report
We report a case of a 65year-old hypertensive and diabetic male who presented with marked thickening of the upper back with obvious peau d’orange changes. Association with other complications of diabetes is not certain and treatment is difficult, though improvement is possible with optimal glycaemic control. Erythema Induratum of Bazin – Tuberculosis in disguise
We present a case of a 43-year-old lady with recurrent crops of nodules on legs. Mantoux test was positive. Histopathology revealed lobular panniculitis, epithelioid cells, lymphocytes and giant cells surrounding foci of caseous necrosis which was suggestive of erythema induratum. Depression Over Psoriasis: Assessment of associated Relief by addition of ADalimumab for the treatment of Psoriasis: Observational study (DORADO - Ps)

Papular Elastorrhexis: Case report
We report a 52-year-old Saudi female patient who is otherwise healthy presented with a history of asymptomatic persistent skin lesions on her neck that have been increasing in number since adolescence. There are no similar skin lesions in the family. Skin examination showed multiple tiny non-scaly hypo-pigmented-skin colored dome-shaped papules on her neck.
