Cytokine profile (IL ‐2, IL‐6, IL‐17, IL‐22, and TNF‐α) in vitiligo—New insight into pathogenesis of disease
ConclusionsOur study shows that cytokines secreted by Th17 cells play an important role in maintenance and spread of vitiligo as they increase in line with extent of disease. IL1A ( ‐889) gene polymorphism is associated with the effect of diet as a risk factor in Acne Vulgaris
