Communication of a schizophrenia diagnosis: A qualitative study of patients' perspectives
This study examines the perceptions of people with schizophrenia surrounding the communication of this diagnosis. Methods: A generic qualitative methodological approach was used. Childhood bullying and healthcare adherence in adulthood
Conclusions: Despite all of the deleterious psychological and physical effects of being bullied in childhood, there was no evidence that non-adherence with healthcare in adulthood is one of them. The attributable burden of panic disorder in the impairment of quality of life in a national survey in Italy
Conclusions: The burden attributable to the impairment of QoL following a lifetime diagnosis of PD was found to be not so great compared to the impairment caused by Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) or neurological conditions.
