The experience of paid family care workers of people with dementia in South Korea
Conclusions Understanding paid family care workers’ lived experience in dementia care in South Korea assists with the identification of their educational needs and level of support they require to improve dementia care in the home care environment. A number of suggestions are made to increase paid family care workers’ knowledge, clinical skills and job satisfaction in order to reduce their burdens and work-related incidents, such as challenging behaviours from those being cared for. Effectiveness of Cognitive-behavioral Program on Pain and Fear in School-aged Children Undergoing Intravenous Placement

The Effects of Cold Application to the Perineum on Pain Relief After Vaginal Birth
Conclusion The application of the cold gel pad to the perineum relieved perineal pain and increased postpartum comfort in all the women. The pain felt by the women during the recovery and the daily activities decreased. Postpartum perineal pain adversely affected daily activities such as lying down, sitting, and walking; infant care, breastfeeding, and urination; and comfort levels of the postpartum women.
