Two new grants from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) will pave the way for new treatments for neuronal ceroid lipofuscinoses and Charcot Marie Tooth diseases, two groups of rare neurological disorders. Fogarty Selected to Chair University of Rochester Medical Center Department of Family Medicine

New Gene Therapy Poised to Transform Care for Spinal Muscular Atrophy
The University of Rochester Medical Center has been tapped as one of the first institutions in the U.S. to offer a new gene replacement therapy to treat spinal muscular atrophy.
