ConclusionThe risk of mortality in poor-grade aSAH remains considerable despite maximal treatment. Notwithstanding the limitations of a retrospective study, our report highlights some neuroradiological features that in the emergency setting, combined with leading clinical and anamnestic parameters, may support the multidisciplinary team in the difficult decision-making process and communication with family members from the earliest stages of poor-grade aSAH. Identifying clinical phenotypes of frontotemporal dementia in post-9/11 era veterans using natural language processing
This study suggests FTD also presents across a continuum of severity and symptom distress, both within and across variants. The intensity of distress evident in clinical notes tends to cluster with more co-occurring conditions. The imaging dynamic changes in the malignant transformation of an epidermoid cyst: a case report and literature review
We present a case of malignant transformation of a nonpostoperative epidermoid tumor into squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) that occurred in a 61-year-old Chinese woman. Case report: Exploring chemoradiotherapy-induced leukoencephalopathy with 7T imaging and quantitative susceptibility mapping

Utility and limitations of EEG in the diagnosis and management of ALDH7A1-related pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy. A retrospective observational study
ConclusionA neonatal burst suppression EEG pattern should raise the suspicion of PDE-ALDH7A1. Respiratory distress is common; isolated apnoeic seizures may contribute. EEG responses during pyridoxine trials are diverse, often with poor correlation to immediate clinical effect. Reliance on single trials may lead to under-recognition of this treatable condition.
