Case report: Acute HHV6B encephalitis/myelitis post CAR-T cell therapy in patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma
ConclusionConsidering its fatal potential, HHV6B encephalitis/myelitis should be urgently diagnosed post CAR-T cell-based therapy. Furthermore, hematologists should differentially diagnose these conditions from CRS or other immunotherapy-related neurotoxicities as early as possible. Prevalence and factors associated with depressive symptoms among patients with epilepsy in Ethiopia: a national-based systematic review and meta-analysis
ConclusionWe found that depressive symptoms affects at least four out of ten patients with epilepsy, indicating an immense burden. Depressive symptoms were extremely prevalent in those who had high levels of stigma, a monthly seizure frequency of once or more, and perceived stress. Case report: A novel variant (H49N) in Myelin Protein Zero gene is responsible for a patient with Charcot –Marie–Tooth disease

The dose-effect relationship of acupuncture on limb dysfunction after acute stroke: a systematic review and meta-analysis
ConclusionOur study demonstrated the effectiveness of different acupuncture dose in improving limb dysfunction. The pooled data suggested that the optimal intervention dose for acupuncture interval time was low (every other day) and moderate frequency (once a day), the optimal intervention dose for needle course time was short course treatment (less than 2 weeks). But we did not find the optimal intervention dose for needle retention time. Adult supratentorial extraventricular anaplastic ependymoma with cerebrospinal fluid dissemination metastases: a case report

Assessment of focused ultrasound stimulation to induce peripheral nerve activity and potential damage in vivo
DiscussionPast reports on the ability of ultrasound to stimulate the peripheral nerve are controversial. After testing a wide range of FUS conditions, we conclude that it is not a reliable and safe method for stimulating the peripheral nerve.
